Acceptance
By using FleetPilot (web, driver app, or parent app) you agree to these terms and your district’s transportation policies.
Eligible users
The mobile apps are for authorized adult drivers and parents/guardians, who must be 18 or older. Staff use the web portal. Keep login credentials confidential.
No charge to app users
The driver and parent apps are free to use and contain no in-app purchases or subscriptions. Your school district or transportation provider holds the commercial agreement with FleetPilot.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse location data, contact families outside the product’s rules, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with safety operations. The transportation administrator may suspend access.
Service and liability
Tracking and alerts depend on GPS, networks, and dispatch data. FleetPilot supports operations; the district remains responsible for student safety and routing decisions.
