Account Deletion

How to delete
In the FleetPilot app go to Profile → Delete account. Enter your password and type DELETE. Deletion of app access is immediate.
What is removed
Login credentials, push tokens, parent–student links on parent accounts, and personal contact details stored on the app profile.
What the district may keep
Historical run logs, attendance events, and billing records may be retained as required for safety, audit, and law. Staff accounts are deactivated by the transportation administrator.
If you cannot sign in
Email hello@gofleetpilot.com from the address on your account, or contact your transportation office, and we will process the deletion for you.
